Membership
Memberships require a 3-month commitment with no pause options during that time. Memberships will auto-renew until canceled by the customer via email after the 3-month commitment has been fulfilled. Membership freezes are available once every six months. Memberships can be frozen between 2-4 weeks. A monthly charge of $25 is applied for every freeze. Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the Subscriber. To cancel the subscription and avoid renewal charges, the Subscriber must email a cancellation request to hello@pilatescollective.org at least two weeks prior to the next billing date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic renewal for the subsequent Billing Cycle. Pilates Collective reserves the right to modify subscription fees, features, or terms of service with prior notice to the Subscriber.
Cancellation
Policy
We have a 12-hour from start time cancellation policy. Late cancellations and No shows will result in loss of class credit and $25 reservations fee. This is strictly enforced. No exceptions will be granted as we are a small boutique studio, and we want to be respectful of our instructors and others in your class.

Private Sessions have a 24-hour from start time cancellation policy. Late cancellations and No Shows will result in loss of private session credit and $50 fee.
Age Restrictions
All clients must be 18 or older to attend our classes. Clients over 16 years of age can attend private sessions along with their legal guardian. Please contact us if you would like to set up a private or semi-private session for a client under 18.
